Welcome to our thread mapping our great fantasy project ‚Realms of Kenakarra Rose – The War. In this thread we will introduce you to world of our miniatures by sequel.

You will get to know world of Illada in this project. This universe is not only for our upcoming gaming universe (our 32mm tabletop game is being prepared for 2016) but also for our 54mm collectible figures that will be telling you stories from the war of Kenakkara Rose in dioramas and vignettes. This same war also becomes background for our game.

Let us introduce you our first project – Battle of Irrnon-Sol Terrat 54mm vignette . It starts on Kickstarter in 5 days (June 25)

Now let us introduce first sculpt for this project. Wa are adding first batch of WIP photos from production of this vignette. More photos we will show you soon.. In this thread we will regularly bring you new information and wip photos in the coming days. You will also find some new and unpublished pictures on our production blog.

We also present WIP picture of our long-term project called "Undead Master Coming" (Siege of Agrianor Diorama), which is slowly being prepared for the next year.

Brilliant sculpt Arkhareon , the front left leg has got me stumped though not sure if it looks exactly right , not sure . Maybe when you sculpt the claws might change it ,maybe sweeping a claw around to swipe ...don't know

New WIP of the freebie stretch goal figure (Argerra Kworg Standard Bearer - Hornist) for Battle of Irrnon-Sol Terrat vignette (Indiegogo campaign - September 14)

Who were Kworgs of Argerra?

The Kworgs, one of the noble races created by the Liayates – Creators of Illada - divided into several nations the same way like the Elves. After a terrible fratricidal war, which started 14 000 years before the Great war for Kenakarra Rose broke out, this race divided itself into two nations. Those ones, who caused this conflict and left to the west after the war, were called the Dark Kworgs.

Another Kworgs were not able to become the noble and famous race as they were before the war again . When their king Abration died, they were still strong enough to be able to defeat Sorok – the Master of Guiulthans and the dark sorcerer too and to destroy the second Kenakarra rose (the complete Kenakarra Rose story you can gradually follow here), but they started to divide into the three smaller nations.

Those ones, who stood in their old empire were called the Kworgs of Rasthianath.

Another nation – the Kworgs of Barduanel - came to the north and they created a very small empire next to the Syrgonian Elves empire. They took their name after their first king Barduanel.

The last nation of the original Kworgian race was called the nation of the Kworgs of Argerra.

They went to the northwest of Illada and they founded the empire of Argerra. Argerra was quite remote from the empire of the Dark Kworgs, but as demonstrated in the future , it was not far enough to be safe and well protected. As the only empire of Kworgs was Argerra attacked by the Dark Kworgs very often. Yet, it was not a terrible civil war, these war episodes have been very cruel and exhaustive. Fortunately, the Kworgs from this small land have found an ally – the Rothrolwëan Farseas. These allies helped them to resist and to stabilize their power.

The empires of Elves were much more independent and their nations were very often fighting against each other. The Kworgs did not feel it the same way as the Elves – they thought they are the only nation and one race of Irmalladdens- brothers in the eternity ( except of the Dark Kworgs). They met together, they traded together, sometimes they entered into the military alliance – if it was needed in the darker and darker world of Illada.

As the Great war for Kenakarra rose started, all the empires of the Kworgs – with an exception of the Dark Kworgs – fought on the side of new Red alliance, which was concluded by the Farseas and Alberia, the powerful human empire. They took a part in many battles in the early stages of this war conflict, without the participation of the dark legions of Bharngstarm yet. They also participated in the battle of Agrianor. They were a very important part of army, which has liberated the besieged city of Agrianor – the capitol of Alberia. At the same time the army of the Dark Kworgs attacked Argerra. They were very cruel, they killed and plundered the land. The main army of Argerra together with all the allies was very far from this attacked empire. But there still was the „Dusk Army“ in Argerra. The Kworgs were very good warriors and they new many war strategies very well, so they left this army at home to protect their empire. So, the story of the tragic battle of Irrnon Soll Terrat begins just now.

Just read your kickstarter update, gutted for you. I cannot seethe point of you having to fund and dispatch goods before you get the pledge money, it's a ridiculous concept. I have not used kickstarter but my basic idea of it, is its a format for small companies to get the funds to launch products. If you could do this yourself then you wouldn't need kickstarter.
i do wish you every success, the sculpts are gorgeous, the knight on the rearing horse looks a dream and I hope to see these for sale soon.

Well, you're right, of course. WhetherBridgestarter came to take this step under pressure of Kickstarter or for its own protection (to cover itselves in case of KS defaults), I think it is an extremely complicated existence to the Bridgestarter itself. I cannot imagine who would use its services under these circumstances. It is a shame. It was a chance for all those the Kickstarter is unavailable. We are very sorry that we cannot take advantage of Kickstarter.
Well, we are preparing many great gadgets and new opportunities for our Indiegogo campaign because of we believe in its success.

Thanks Guys for your kind words. Vignette including freebie figures will go to Indiegogo in September 14. If it is successful it will be on direct sales probably not till start of next year. However there are some good news. We are already working on a new (still secret) three 54 figures vignette at this moment. It will be a prize in our competition ordered as part of our pre-campaign (first of five teasers here). Each of twenty-five winners of this competition will receive this vignette. You can also take part in this competition and try to win it (we're sure you will also enjoy how truly spectacular it is). If you don’t be successful in the competition, the vignette will be on sale in September – it becomes the very first product of our new e-shop. Our painter uses the TMM when painting metals, so we are very curious about your own color incarnation of our figures and we are looking forward to your NMM and TMM too ;-).

We bring you another WIPs today. It is a next Stretch Goals Freebie for our IGG campaign, Bharngstarm Stormtrooper this time. You will see the finished figure when we reveal the whole vignette.



Who were the warriors from Bharngstarm?


In the year 9998 of the first age, something really terrible happened. And the consequences of this event have been unimaginable. Sorok – the dark Sorcerer and Master of the Guiulthans died in the fight with the alliance of noble races and another nations and his soul was rent to pieces. (More informations about the Black Rose creation and its history and about the reasons of the great war you can follow here). With the death of Sorok were all dark magic flows of Illada broken. But these flows were so strong, that at the moment of Sorok´s death they divided the world of Illada into a few parts. The parallel world of darkness and horror was created this way – full of strange, deformed and evil creatures together with demons and terrible monsters. There were new empires and many kingdoms in this new world, but the rules were completly different from the rules of Illada.


During the Black Rose war, the dark legions under the terrible and powerful unknown entity rule found an opened passage to get to the world of Illada. At this moment we will not talk anymore about these events, but we will tell more in the one of our future projects – as a main aspect of it. What is certain is, that in the beginning of the Kenakarra Rose war – when the battle of Rosteyhyrn took its place, the mission of Sor – ran – Master of the Soranian empire – visited the Dark Kworgs empire. The result of this visit was an agreement of non – interference of the Dark Kworgs until they would not be asked to do it. As the allies they were promised to get the beings so terrible and devastating, that nothing similar to them was known on Illada. These allies were the Dark Legions of Bharngstarm.

No, they are not from the sea. Bharngstarm is a dark dimension - some kind of twisted, distorted, scary and demonic reflection of the Illada world. Warrior's armors and weapons from this dimension are made from other materials than these common in a normal world, although many of them are similar in structural strength or/and in their appearances. On the other way some of them are very different.

We save more detailed information. We will gradually bring it during the IGG campaign.

However, if you want to paint it in the colours of coral (seabed), it is entirely just up to you - you can choose whatever colors you'd like. Feel free to do it! You're right, this type of armor provides many variabilities in the choice of colour. We're curious to see all your color versions of our figures. Our coming soon Canon - including historical background for example - is just a guide for those who are interested in it - not only colours of clothing and armour.
