I like a little description too adds the human factor to it. Every mini is a battle for me so I like to share my experience

12 months on and it's still happening!

Despite me putting "Semi-sarcastic" comments up people are still dumping pictures up without titles.

PLEASE Name Them!

Do you have the option of just not approving them? I mean then when they complain that they never got posted you can say they were rejected due to the form being incomplete. I would think that is valid.

I'll be honest here I have rejected a few because of this, especially when there's more than one from the same person.
But it strikes me that some people just don't read their PM's.
