Pretty amazing how your painting work in the armour affected the volume that the eye perceives.... Before and after comparison is just magic.

Excellent job on this new bust. I think the glazes really helped take the face up a level. The stuff you've done on the armor so far is also really nice.

That gradient affect on the armour is breath taking.

That's awesome! Superb skills and love the colour choices. Ruddiness of the flesh is just gorgeous, if that's the right word for such a handsome chap!

Thanks lads much appreciated. Yeah he is a handsome fellow.

Watcha BFK long time no see how you doing?

Just trying to paint like you Andy.... ;)

Moved to sunny Florida, got out of the Army, grew a massive beard and cut my hair like a Viking warrior. Also gained 80 lbs (was too skinny before so it actually suits me...sorta). Start Law school next Fall so excited for that...volunteering with an organization that mentors troubled children. Still trying to get into oil painting portraits and eventually fantasy art. And generally loving life.

Bet eat you didn't expect an actual response....hehehe...in other words doing well how about yourself :)
