Great looking orks, BAM. Maybe you should've stuck with the pirate theme for all your entries! Next year, right? All pirates, all the time.

The nice thing about the Crystal Brush voting (at least in my opinion) is it's just like the regular gallery. You're not trying to decide which piece is 1st, 2nd, etc. Instead you're just rating pieces on the 1-10 scale like normal. I don't know about everyone else, but I'd much rather vote that way and let the average score determine the winners rather than trying to rank everyone 1st through 99th.
You know BAM, I feel like Vikings are pretty much the pirates of their time. So I'd say your current entry fits with the theme too.

Sorry assed pirates...ide say look at yas...what kinda people would be scared of the likes of you all....couldn't even scare a kid on Halloween....now man the cannons...but Capt. Blood there's no ship in sight!!! Then have some strumpet walk the plank for gods sake,make yo selves useful....sorry bunch a ...lol

Good Luck BAM!! That's quite a crew you've put together to take with you. I love the variety in all of your entries. Can really tell that you've worked on a lot of different styles and techniques over the process of painting all of them. I have to agree with ten ball that the barbarians are my favorite, though I also love the viking bust, and the orks are a awesome surprise too. Hell, they're all good...
Rum and minis all weekend? Sounds like a good time for all involved. You guys are making me want to go buy a ticket! Not this year though, but I will be sure to vote.

Thanks so much guys khavor,Mae,diggie,nosebleeds my matey!!!, @ alowan are you referring to my display trays....if so I'll share my work definitely....they can be either wood or pvc plastic, I have a friend who does them for me every year ,they are done with a press drill od 50mm (they come in all sizes) then he hands it off to me and I base them do some modeling and paint them up...
