Looking forward to this one! Really curious where you are going with the hair as the drawing gives me a Bride of Frankenstein vibe

Super cool sculpting work as usual Chaos!

I'm curious: you mentioned above that you send your sculpts to someone else who makes the molds and casts the figures for you.
I take it they look after undercuts and how to shape the mold to deal with them?
Do you take special care about undercuts in advance? For example, the figure above has her leg sticking out of the dress, which would almost force the mold to be "side-on", yet the shape of the breasts and cleavage almost precludes that.
How do you deal with issues like that, or are they not issues at all? Do you cut the figure up into separate assemblies, or does the mold-maker do that?

Yes, they look after undercuts, but in general there is no problem. When I sent them my first mins we had a conversation about what I should have in mind when sculpting. I usually take care about it, trying not to make the undercuts too big. I usually cut the miniatures. I now the maximum size of the mould etc..

Usally it is no Issue. Sometimes I wonder how they manage to make the mold at all. I think some of my minis give them a hard time.

I agree, our visual system is so finely tuned to picking out and recognizing faces, so even the smallest touch to a face like this can change it completely. Mine usually goes in other direction though :D

This looks awesome Chaos! She looks like a very stern elf sorceress.

Fantastic looking sculpt there Chaos! I'm loving the lace work on the dress and the detail on the glove.
Her face is top-notch, as is usual from you.

BTW I want you to put a skull in her hand :)
