Do I need to declare the order when I declare the charge? I want to clarify if I actually roll the dice when I declare a charge, and this replaces the dice roll, or if it counts as the dice roll. Rolling dice is part of resolving a charge action, correct? Therefore I believe it would be "you do not get to see the charge dice roll before declaring this"
