For mission cards that you could conceivably score multiple times, is it possible? For example, for mission 2, do you score a point each time an enemy claims the Combat or Maneuver zone do you gain a point, or only the first time they claim either? And for Mission 4, do you score each time an opponent claims a zone before you do, or just the first time they do?

You score each time the event happens, some missions have a limitation put on the maximum number of times you can score them and they clearly say this, but others like the ones you mentioned do not.
What makes you think that? If that were true, wouldn't Mission 4 be "Each time..."?
If it were untrue, wouldn't Mission 4 be "Once this round" like Mission 9?
The fact of the matter is you met the condition so you score it, having already scored it doesn't change that fact if it's still in play.
Yeah, you might be right. I'd still love to get an official word on this.
