It seems to me that the bottom has fallen out on the fantasy/sci fi minis there are some great paint jobs out there but no one is bidding on them. What is the reason for that?

anyone ever use this stuff? Im thinkng about geting it to do some slick belnding, but I would like to know how much of it to use in a drop of paint and how long it stays workable.
