    water and drying retarder??

    i just had a quick question about drying retarder...specifically, any paint i add retarder to, should i add water as well?? cos when i add the retarder it tends to looks a bit gluggy, however, i\'m not sure if there\'ll be any negative side effects if i add water

    does anyone have a good source for these kind of designs...i have some mini\'s i wanna spice up a little, and these seem like the most appropriate. i have some designs, but if anyone else knows of some good ones and can point me in the right direction, that\'d be much appreciated
