1/12 scale forgeworld marine

After following Giganticdark's fantastic Forgeworld Marine thread i was inspered to do one of mine own....
Mine is NO WAY in the same league as Giganticdark. Having followed alot of his techniques i'm just going to put a few pictures of the work so far for comments and advise :)

The look i'm going for is the marine looking back and shooting.. I've gone for him in mid swing lol...

So pretty much all of the re-modelling i'm wanting to do has been done so here are a few pictures..

As for the marine: He looks promosing, how tall is he actually? That 1/12 scale doesn't make a bell ring to me :\

Love the pose! You made it much, much more alive than the original without much converting. Thumbs up!

I'd reverse the left hand to be palm up lifting the heavy bolter up rather than pressing it down if you intend to not resculpt the fingers to give it a firmer looking palm down grip.. It'll look more natural given the supposed weight of the heavy bolter.
