Mally it's green flock (what they use on model railways) with pva glue.
sprayed black then painted.

As everyone else has said, this project rules! I love the bright colors and touches of humor everywhere. And the smoke/fire trails are about as good as I've seen. Top Grot, indeed!

Nearly done now, real fun piece to build and paint and a great project to recharge my painting mojo.
Massive thanks to Dave (Mr Sproket) for the 'expansion' of my original idea :good:

Im glad (now) forgeworld stopped selling the grot bombs, it pushed me into the right direction and I had real fun building the two from scratch and imo has made it visually better with different 'aircraft'
