Mmmmmmmmm,

Sexy back!!!

I think some green washes on the NMM bronze (intermediate tone) could make more interesting the final appearance of the metal.

Keep on painting.

Many thanks,
Mariano.

Man, you could feed from those back breasts....

Looks excellent. I especially like the chainmail. You did a good job of making it rusted yet showing some subdued highlights despite the wear. I am making a mental note of this. Mind telling me exactly how you did it?

Maybe some black or dark brown (smoke) glazes on the open wounds? Something to add a bit more interest to the as they aren't quite gross enough for me yet : )

Wow the work you're putting in REALLY shows. That is a gorgeous color and seamless blends, I especially am enjoying how the bronze color seems to make that blue really pop (to my eye anyway).

Thanks all :)

aniku - interesting idea about the greens I will add a few glazes to see how it looks. I wont go crazy, trying to keep the warm / cool contrast between the armor and skin.

Bloodfather - for the chainmail I just placed the highlights in some key places. With this mini I wanted a weathered look but still keeping it real clean and colourful.

I wasnt happy with the second blood drip on the axe staff, it looked too uniform and out of place so removed it, got the green stuff out and hid the gap by extending the rope around the staff.

Spiffing work there mate! I like the change on the axe handle the blood is looking good too. Definitely a comp entry piece here.

Looking real good! Where's the blood on the base coming from? Him? Blood should be dripping from the lower part of the wound as well then.
