Ten would probably win something even on the vice and people would be like he's the Andy Warhol of the miniature world so innovatative

You should learn your wife to do the wall painting so you can do more figure painting. Your work is absolutely amazing. It's the first green space marine that I see that I like.

Cheers,

Hey Ten. *waves*

Great job on the space marine. As others have already commented: the colours are vibrant and very effective. Not sure if the skulls or purity seals could do with a touch of another colour to distinguish them from the other armour embellishments.

Thanks all :)
Rick, if I told my wife she had to do the painting , she would be painting my miniatures with a roller !

Archarad - the browns are just a base coat :)

Loving that marine! I always see them in red or blue. Is nice to see another approach with your quality painting ;)

Thanks all :)
With euroM looming ive been nit picking on some of my entries. Changed the medal on Watson as suggested by Mike (I had the green / red stripes the wrong way round).
On the Nurgle lord ive took some advice from a certain slayer sword winner who knows his stuff, especially about Nurgle. Added some washes of greens to ease down the pastel colours on the skin.

Just wow. I love seeing work of this calibre - it makes me smile every time! And want to get there one day. But I am patient, so we'll see. I hope you're happy with the changes you made ten and best of luck at Euro. *waves pom-poms and cheers*

Very nicely done! I think the skin is greatly improved (and I liked it before) by having a bit more saturation in the shadows - it creates more contrast and increased visual impact.
