Remember you can have light from multiple sources, even chums hiding with a LED torch on the field of battle.

Or he could be a champion posing for a painting for posterity so need multiple lights on him.......maybe.

Ten ...first off the marine looks brilliant ,so does your wife's painting . A lot of talent in the one house your chillins are going to be talented as well . Second what is the fraggles name he is awesome.

This is a good name for a dog. My cat is living with my folks at the moment until my boyfriend and I can find a bigger place. But she used to love supervising whatever I was doing.

Dexter sounds like a dangerous name, you saying he sits and watch you for hours upon hours... I would be careful there

More WIP on the SM.

Glazed the green with yellow to tie in the blends a bit. Increased the blue in the black. Spent a few hours sharpening up the edges also.

Cheers all. Do you think I need to tone down the gun a little?

As suggested Ive added a bit more green moss etc and also slightly added a orange town to the grass on the opposite side to the dwarf for balance.

I'd say toning the gun down to match your shoulder and backpack blacks would be more in keeping with the tone, but you know me, i like realism in my grim dark

I'd say don't tone it down the sharp edges of the gun would reflect more light than the back packs curved surfaces. Also the gun is the weapon and should draw the eye more than the back pack

Underneath the hole where the bullet cases are ejected you've got a highlight that looks a lot bigger than the others which seems a bit out of place to me, maybe just toning that one down might work?
