1st time posting minis

hi all. this is the first time i\'ve ever taken pictures of my minis and posted them anywhere. some feedback would be much appreciated. if the pics are to bad to comment then let me know that too. i know im not the best painter out there but if i dont get comments then its harder to fix my faults.

A link, or even just the mini numbers would be helpful... while we could find them using the browse feature, you;re likely to get more comments if you make it easier on people.

Sorry, I don\'t know how to put links into words, no html expert I.

Anyways, to comment on the minis themselves, I have two things to note. The first is that your minis are pretty flat. There is little highlighting or shading it appears, you need more to make it really stand out. The other is consider using some bolder colors, again to make your minis stand out... particularly if you use them on the gaming table.

thanks katie. sorry about not posting numbers or links. this is the kind of info i need. more peoples comments would be appreciated also. ive come a long way from when i first started painting but still have a long way to go.

No problem, I was just trying to make it easier on you, and make it more likely for oyu to get comments ;) Also, I\'m not a big orc fan, so take my comments with a grain of salt...

At least I did. I just finished 24 orcs that I\'m gonna sell on ebay in six auctions of four. Needless to say I won\'t be painting another for a bit. :rolleyes: Well probably.
Any way KatieG is right about the colors. As for the pics, \"Ork Warboss front\" has a third of the pic that could have been cut off. Without all that wasted space the pic wouldn\'t have been compressed so much. Thats one way to help, I believe it was Finn that told me to blur the background about a half inch away from the mini\'s edges, that will cut down on the file size (again) the pic won\'t be compressed as much. My two cents.
