My entry into Reaper\'s Holiday Sophie contest. Considering the people I\'m up against, I figure to come in dead last.

Anyway, I can post it anywhere I want before the contest, so here she is.

Don\'t be so harsh on yourself man, this is fantastic stuff!!!!

I love the details on the board (Are they freehand?), the snowsuit and the wings look spot on too. Would like to see a close up of the face as this is the focal point, but from what I can see this is really cool!

I would maybe have added a rock or a bit of foiliage to the base to break up the snowieness of it a bit although I doubt there are many rocks or hedges on skislopes IRL!

Hi Hinton, I love the Christmas Reaper minis of Sophie! I have one from a few years ago still to paint :redface: Anyhoo, moving swiftly on....

I really like the snowboard theme, really makes her look modern. I think she needs some shading and highlights on her wings. Also, looking at the close-up (very brave to do one of those!) your paint looks a little thick. Thinning it down a tad will make the details pop, plus allow you to do those xtra shading and highlights without loosing the details.
