I dont think the razor saw is worth it, I have a dremel, which I didnt buy at first for using on warhammer, but for cleaning things at home, (second hand shop etc etc) and if I find the saw blade attachment, itll do just the same, and more, and be far neater as well.
As for the vice, dremel also do a bench top one that doubles as just about anything, can get the dremel to sit in it, can winch it right up and fit minis in it, yes its a bit more, but its a lot more solid that than thing.
The only cheap vices Ive ever bought like that are ones Ive used for soldering on, cause you only ever burn through them anyway, and its not worth it.
Modelling knife, ditto, got a surgical scalpel and 100 pack of blades from british steel, I forget the name of the maker, and that was for 25 quid, delivered to my door.
Hobby files, the shop in town here sells a 5 pack for a euro, and I burn through them about every two months, but at that price, I just saw up all my loose change about buy about 8 packs at a go.
And hobby tools I get in packs of 10 from a mate of mine in NZ, costs me 5 kiwi bucks, plus a bit of shipping, but I normally get him to throw them in a care package for me.
Dont tend to use hobby drills, just got a huge range of high speed metal bits and different sized chucks on the dremel.
Plastic cutters I get from the local dollar shop, I think they are meant to be nail cutters, but they taper to half mill, and are like razors, especially on finger tips.
Aaaaaaaaaaand as for the paint station, I could probably make one of those things for a fiver.
