3-D painting...

Earlier today, I was having a little think about various techniques and effects and thinking what next... wondering what\'s left for people to tinker with. ???

Then a mad mad idea worked its way in to my little brain... 3-D painting effects. Painted minis that you look at through these:

And have banners or sections painted in the impossible style of these:

Has anyone been mental enough to give this a go? I\'m sure it\'s possible and would look... well, I suspect, should anyone pull it off, it would be insane.

I need less free time I think.

I saw a pair of 3D boobs on the net the other day. You could mover the mouse to make them bigger and bouncier haha

But I reckon that would be mental hard to do. And probably require more thought and planning than its worth. Would be better to get software or a photoshop plugin, that splits images for 3D then print it out for banners etc.

stop tormenting the painters that try to push the bounderies squidders lol

to be honest i don\'t think it would work as it\'s an effect to make 2d look 3d and model painters are working on a 3d canvas.

saying that tho, banner desighns etc in 3d would be cool.
i reckon some of the polish lads would be good at it as they do loads of freehand.

I was thinking small to start with... like a 3D ultramarine symbol on an arm for example.

And yeah, tormenting others is what I live for... some people call it inspiring but we know the truth lol

To be honest, I just thought it would be a really cool thing to see and I\'m fairly sure it hasn\'t been attempted before which is rare.

I actually drew a few pictures in the blue red way and the 3D actually worked! Lots of work but a VERY cool result!!
