after painting the shield of my Roman Legonary with oil-paint, this is my first compled historical in oil. Painting in Oil was a bit difficult, but offers lots of fun...

achieving the desired effects can be quite satisfying

I\'m doing (gradually ) a 54mm Crimean War Grenadier, Coldstream, in oils. maybe I\'ll even finish it one day
