Ah yes, Thundercats. Now I saw a very dodgy version of that too a while ago, but I can\'t put a link to that up here. would definately be against forum rules.

Muscle men? (these were the equivalent of pewter crack in my school when I was about 10. They were banned due to incidents).

Oh my god muscle men! I loved those little guys. I think I still have my collection somewhere....

Does anyone remember Monsters In My Pocket? Very similiar to Muscle Men, but different colours.

If you are looking to remember the \"Good Old Times\" I suggest going to this site:

Wow. I can\'t believe this is my first post on this site. And it had to be about my childhood. lol

I was half way through writing a post about Garbage Pail Kids when I stopped to check somethin then you\'re post popped up :rolleyes:

Guess I\'ll have to try and remeber something else... oh yeah, how about penny racer cars where you had to put a coin on the back to make them do wheelies?

I loved the 80\'s such a nonevent. Although I seem to remeber being married twice in the 80\'s so maybe not such a nonevent after all. I remember having a BIG mullet tho. Thank god those days are over.

Although many of my \'\'coming of age\" years were in the 80\'s I think I was too old for most of the \'toy crazes\'.

I do recall parachute pants and bandanas though.

Mullets = bad.

Boy am I glad I was a kid and all we had to worry about were cool toys for christmas.

Yeah, dinosaurs with crazy mind control boxes on their heads :rolleyes: Of-course that was only the bad guys, cuz lets face it, the good guys are sooooo good the dinos like them anyway.
Old skool transformers were so much better than this reincarnation too!

What about MASK toys? Cars that could fly just by opening their sporty doors up and a motorbike that turned into a supersonic helicopter... it seemed so plausible back then.

MASK. I\'d completely forgotten about that, and I used to have the books with the holographic covers too.

apparently there is a transformers movie in the works. reckon it could be decent if they use similar CG to the Peugeot/citroen add(can\'t remember) looky
and it looks like they got a decent action movie director too.
