Some nice paintjobs there, I really like the face of the Dark Elf, your detail there is excellent. Your painting seems very clean but it really could do with some more highlights because they look abit flat at the moment.
Nothing to do with your painting as I know the the colour scheme for the raven guard is the games workshop one but I don\'t understand why he is so white.

Ok so looking at the minis I would say you\'re on the right track. Color choice and overall composition is good, and there is not much that needs \'fixing\' on the minis. Maybe the eyes that are a bit big, but otherwise basic technique seems to be mastered.

What I would go for to improve them is trying to add a lot more contraste to the minis, right now the colors seem fairly flat. A good exercise might be to take the hasselfree girl and try to add more contraste to the skin, Jeremie\'s athela and artemis would be two nice exemple of well contrasted skin.

voted and commented on them. Just echoing what has been said before. Your brush control and neatness are spot on- this is a big bonus as this, unlike techniques, you can\'t teach and has to come naturally.

Mentioned in my comments that the models do look flat. You can fix this by working on making the shadings darker and/or the highlights lighter (adding more contrast).

Good stuff overall, and look forward to the next batch.

nothing really to add from what has been said before. Highlight, then highlight one more time. Your lighting rig needs a tweek as the hasslefree girl\'s face is in some dark shadow.

You did not start with anything easy and you\'ve pulled most of them off pretty well. Hang in there and paint more. Look forward to seeing what you bring next year.

OK so you asked for some feedback.
No 1 you are a very neat painter but it looks like you dont highlight and shade. This would be my first step. More contrast. There are heaps of articles here on highlights and shading.
No 2 You freehand on the harem girl whilst very neat could have been more subtle. So either thin your paints or use a wash. It kind of hides the rest of the mini (Although something to distract might be a good thing)
Color selection. The elf with the yelllow hair just doesnt look right. Maybe paint it bone and wash with a yellow and flesh wash to make the hair look morre natural.
No 3 the eyes. They all have that surprised look. There are also a heap of article on doing eyes.

Now you might think that I am picking on your minies. Quite the contrary. I think your painting is very good. You color selection is also good and with more practise and better techniques you will soon be up with the better painters.

Good luck.
