A bunch of questions!

I just want to clear up a few things if people don't mind.

1) Hero's do not get a payback reaction against another hero? We had a bit of a argument over this, but there was no place in the book where I saw it said that hero's get a payback reaction. It's only listed in the monster rules, so to me that means only monsters do that.

1b) Enemy hero's also do not get a guard reaction attack when another hero moves by them for the same reason? That rule is only listed under the monster rules.

2) Monster rerolls. Blue hero attacks the monster. The monster controller uses both of the 2 rerolls in the monster's reroll pool. Red hero goes next and attacks that same monster. Since it's a new hero attacking the monster. I would guess that the monster's reroll pool reset and it has both of it's rerolls back?

3) A hero can run around with 4 weapon cards and can keep attacking as long as the weapon cards are not exhausted? Armor cards are the only cards that say right on them, "limit 1 per hero".

4) While on that same subject, assuming that a hero can carry 4 weapon cards. If a hero attack and kills 1 enemy who is close to them. That same hero can still attack a different enemy that is close to it as long as it has weapon cards that are not exhausted?

Hero's don't get a payback reaction as far as the rules go, enemy hero's also do not get a guard reaction. Monster rerolls are indeed reset. Don't really get your 3rd question. For your fourth question the same hero can only attack an enemy that's close only if your hero ability or weapon allows it, at least this is my understanding of the rules.

2) The monster as well as players get their full reroll pool each time they attack, or are attacked, regardless of how many other times they have been attacked that turn.
(pg 27 of the rule book under rerolls)
3) and 4) are basically the same answer. You can Move and Attack Once per turn unless the character has a specific ability that allows something more. Example Viktor, his ability lets him make a second attack if the first attack kills a enemy.
(Pg 14 of rule book under hero activation)

I hope that helps!

I think the main question of 3 is about weapon limitations. In Munchkin and similar games, you can only carry 2 hands worth of weapons. Arcadia Quest has no such limitation, so running around and using 4 different swords is fair game. But as already pointed out, you can only attack once per activation unless an ability says otherwise.

1) Heroes do not get payback
1B) Heroes do not get guard reactions

2) Monsters Re-rolls are basically 'every time'. They can basically use them on their Defense roll (if they have them) or their Attack roll within the same 'attack'. So:
*Hero Attacks
*Monster Defends (may use reroll)
*Overkill
*Monster paybacks (may use reroll)
*Hero Defends
*Models Die
*Attack over, Monster's reroll effectively resets.

3) You may make 3 Movement actions and one 'attack' per turn. Having 4 weapons doesn't allow 4 attacks in one turn. You don't even need to attack to activate, you can simply 'move' and do nothing. The bonus to having 4 attack weapons is you can go longer without resting. The problem is often you need the other types of items to make you survivable.

4) One 'attack' per activation regardless of weapons. You can't activate a hero and attack 4 times. It is not "Activate hero 1 > Activate Hero 2 > Activate Hero 3 > Rest"
