A Chaplain

Hi all, just finished this one yesterday, it is another miniature for display in my local hobby shop (Krackers in Taunton). I spent far to long on it really but I had great fun doing it so I hope you like it to.

Space marine Chaplain

Will post some more shots of it here soon as I am currently at my brothers house.

Well back home now, I was suppose to be at a wedding today but due to flooding I had to miss it. Anyway here are some more photos of this miniature. I have followed the GW colour scheme for this one but gone for a more worn/old look to the black armor, so lots of chips and ageing on the armor. I also ended up painting with my own blood ( the stains on the base), I accidently pricked my finger with a pin so I thought \'why not\'.

Right, Ive just thrown mine away now.

And I do have a question, the two scroll things that come with this dude.

What the hell are they for?

Thanx all.

As for those scroll bits that came with the miniature I have no idea where there suppose to go, they don\'t seem to really fit anywhere and I couldn\'t see them on the GW pictures, so that leaves only 1 place for them.

Two Thombs up! (sorry bad pun)
it looks really good. it looks very moody and gritty. i never saw a chaplain as the most outwardly clean individual, and this just works.
