A Class with Jeremie BT

Hey Everyone,

I am trying to organize a class for Jeremie BT (aka Bragon) this year. It would be held at my house in Denton TX around the third week of May(tentatively). It would be during the weekend if we hold it. I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in attending. I do have some extra space in case anyone would like to stay at the house with us.

This posting is to help me gauge interest so we can do the best job possible in setting up an event.

There would be a cost involved as this class would serve to offset the cost of Jeremie\'s flight. It would be a 2 day event, both Saturday and Sunday all day. It would be in the comfort of my house so it will be relaxed.

If anyone would be interested please let me know. That way we can move forward with plans.

Hey, Meg.

I\'d be interested depending on cost and timing and whatnot.

We have a new baby in the house so I\'ll need to discuss it with the wife, but by that time he\'ll be six months old and a good bit easier to handle so it\'s a definite possibility.

Assuming the details are workable, there\'s little I can think of that I\'d rather spend a weekend doing

Thanks for the post Mattrock. I am trying to work out the details between Jeremie and Reaper right now as Jeremie would also like to attend Reaper Con while he is here.

Once we have details I will post them for everyone. If we can get about 10 people I expect the cost per person for a 2 day course would be around $50, assuming we can also work with Reaper and split the costs of flying Jeremie in. That\'s what Jeremie and I are trying to determine right now.

Germany and France aren\'t that far apart that you couldn\'t visit him sometime. He and Allan love house guests!

They\'re next to each other, in fact! :) That\'s an awesome idea, but even the very mention of it gets me into an \"I\'m not worthy!\" froth! *hides under the bed*

My Opa told me the best way to get to France from Germany is to go through Belgium.... for some reason I can\'t remember....:D

Hi Meg,
I may be interested. I took the class when he came out to San Diego a while back. Any idea on the cost or dates? I\'m in Dallas now so it should be okay. My brother may be interested as well.

Thanks,
Billy

Jeremie will be posting the dates and cost and any other information.

Right now it looks like it will be May 9th and 10th at my house in Denton.

@Amazon warrior : Jérémie also sometimes goes to Germany (usually for the GD and Essen), Belgium, or Switzerland to give classes. Keep an eye on his site (http://www.jeremiebt.com) for such events (http://www.jeremiebt.com/pages/page.php?page=evt&lang=uk). And Jérémie caters for all levels ;).

Class Days

For those interested in taking a class would a 2 day class (Sat and Sun) work best or would you like a 3 day class (Fri, Sat and Sun or Sat, Sun and Mon)

Please let me know what would work for everyone.

probably a 3 day class would be a better deal. If I am able to attend this, I would just stay up there until after reapercon.

I would love to go. I live near LA so I would not mind the drive. I heard it was about 3 hours.

When is reaper con and all that stuff that was mentioned in this thread?
