Every year there\'s an art auction to benifit people suffering from AIDS that I donate to. Here\'s what I put in this year. It was MUCH more of a challange that I was initially expecting. Didn\'t quite get it to the point I would have liked but it came out nice nonetheless. Hope you like it!

Always nice to hear of people doing generous things, good on you Shawn :beer: I hope it fetches a worthy sum :) B.

The thought of trying to paint all of those flowers makes me shudder lol nice job. How big is it?

OMG lol!!! I was eating cereal when I read that and milk came out of my nose a drenched my keyboard!

That is some very impressive work Shawn! Makes me want to build a treehouse. That picture is going to make someone very happy :)

I kinda wish I could bid on it, that\'s one amazingly imaginative painting :D

Do you do much canvas work? I know you dabble in just about everything but I don\'t recall seeing much of this before.

And for that matter, what do you do for a full-time job? I\'m ever so curious lol

If you wish, I could email you the file for this, or any other of my paintings that aren\'t tied up with copyrights and you could print it up all you like. I\'ve been able to use a local digital print shop and received PERFECT copies for about 1.50 per copy.

Yeah, I\'ve done a GOB of canvas work. I\'m actually relatively new to the whole mini thing. I\'ve been seriously painting 2D since early 80\'s till now. Mini\'s, around 2000 till now. Here\'s a gallery of some of my 2D stuff...and a dragon!

What I\'m keeping myself busy with now days is doing a lot of design/sculpting for Armorcast - www.armorcast.com.. 2D wise I\'ve done some odd work here and there - Some CD covers, book covers, a TON of greeting cards, used to design Christmas orniments. Other than that I was an ACE janitor, laborer, dishwasher etc......

It was a live, in person auction. The food was GREAT!! Very upper-crusty event. Funny how artist\'s and their \'consumers\' can be so different some times!

If you want to make a print of it I can email you the digital file.
