I have just been browsing through the thread on work space and thought I would let you know about a recent purchase that may revolutionise my mini painting.
At last count I was the second oldest poster on CMON and my output of minis has slumped to almost non-existance because I cant see the minis when I paint. With age my eyes have deteriorated so that when I paint I have to use a magnifier. As I paint on the dining room table this involves extra messing about to get it set up and then I find I continually hit the casing with my brush - in other words painting has become a pain!
Walking round my local B&Q last week I saw a pair of clip on lenses to go on reading glasses for under £5. -Instant purchase!
I am so impressed - since buying them I have started and finished the Rune Guardian (which I will post soon) and prepped two more wolfen last night ready to start tonight.
Any way here is a link to show you what I mean although I couldnt find them on B&Qs web site.
