The fade of the darker fleshtone into the lighter face looks great. It looks like you use ink washes on parts of it, as it looks shiny.
When I want a matte finish but still want to do a wash, I add a little water to a darker shade of paint, and use that.
I like the stuff you did on his claws. I chickened out on doing that with the wolfen I just finished. :D
Good work. He looks great.

This is the first red skinned wolfen I\'ve seen .. I like the skincolour like this. The band with symbold is a nice touch too. I really like the hands for some reason. Good work.

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

The shine to the skin is because the best matt varnish I can get my paws on is Humbrol Matt Cote which I guess isn\'t as good as Dull Cote:(

The skin colour is Vallejo Flat brown highlighted up to Parasite Brown - the red colour might be partially due to my lack of ability with image enhancement.:D

Supervike - I have a Guardian of the Runes finished and I am going to photograph next so should be posting that soon.

Cheers

Simon

Looks great Nomis. I think the skin tones look cool. Now that you mention it I can see how the skin is brown. But either way, brown or red it looks good. And I like what you did with the head gear. I am really begining to like these Wolfen sculpts.
