A Pirate's Life For Me

My latest diorama piece is now finished. The minis are from Reaper- Pirate Goblin and Powder Monkey. This was my first time sculpting with Sculpey- the ocean floor and dock pieces are all hand made. It's also my first time using clear resin- I added a bit of Asureman Blue to the mix, but I was afraid of overdoing it, so I don't think the blue color is coming through.

wow that is super clear resin!! looks great. could almost dive in! what did you use?

It's a product called Easy Cast- here in the states you can find it in almost any hobby store.

I really wasn't happy with the quality fo the pic I posted, so I played around with my light placement and a few other things and this is what I've gotten. Does it seem like much of an improvement?

I like it. The orc looks purposeful, powdermonkey is funny.
