snap..crackle..pop!

:eek:I\'m another old warhorse that uses Glucosomine/Chondroitin combo gelcaps for the battle-zone that I call my joints today. Helps greatly!:D But I still make a great deal of weird noises when I move about.:plol

Yeah, I saw the H&B offer on them, might get myself some.

Hmm, the dubious pleasure of taking the same medicine as Mike\'s dog lol

I have degenerative disc disease with two herniated discs and fribromyalgia.....does that count? Needless to say I don\'t get much work done, and am probably known as the slowest painter alive! I\'ve often wondered about the glucosomine, but it is so expensive, I\'m hesitant to try it after spending all sorts of money on other things that didn\'t work.:(

I\'ve broken every finger in both hands at least twice...I used to fight quite often as a kid...so I do unfortunately get flare ups in my hands.
However, I haven\'t been able to get into the painting mood for over 6 months and it has nothing to do with my hands.

Chronic pain

I live with chronic back pain. Which is why I only sit and paint for an hour or so before I have to get and stretch.

Right now I\'m drownin\' my sorrows in cheap Gin :D

Ok if you really wanr to know what Back pain is with out throwing it out, take a pottery clay where you throw on the wheel. Now that kills you! :(

I used to have constant back spasms thanks to painting and school. Hockey season certainly didn\'t help either as you have to lean over when skating. Also I assume Roller Hockey wasn\'t that great for the back either. As a result, at least five times a day my back would sieze up and I couldn\'t move for aboput five seconds. The pain was absolutely excruciating.

This is not about my back, but it\'s still a painting related injurie:
I used to sit in a very strange position when painting. This included sitting with my legs crossed for hours which had the result that my foot fell asleep. Now I didn\'t really care about that until the phone in the other room rang and I had to get up and answer it. only problem was my sleeping foot...instead of walking with it I walked on it, it sort of twisted around so I actually walked on the top of my left foot!
I had to jump around on one leg for a couple of days after that (which gave me another excuse for just sitting around painting all day:D).
Nowadays I sit much more upright in my chair...or at least I try to.
