AAARGGH, I ordered Hybrid two weeks ago. Now after fourteen days of almost unbearable waiting agony, I get an email that says that my address wasn\'t right and that the package was returned to the store. Now I have to pay both the original shipping costs plus the costs for returning the package to the store, all in all it\'ll cost me abou 20 euro\'s.... And I don\'t get anything (..more angry screaming here) and what\'s worse... I have to wait even longer before I get to play Hybrid... Oh the pain, the pain of it all!
(OK, so it\'s a bit over the top... but this is really frustrating, paying 20 euro\'s for nothing) anyone else ever had this problem? we could make a nice raving thread with lot\'s of AAARGGHHS etc.

Well....

If the supplier mucked up your address, then you shouldn\'t have to pay any extra as it is their fault. If you gave them a wrong or faulty address however....

I say you reverse the charges and order it from someone else. You are the customer after all. You should always be right.

well, it\'s a bit complicated. I ordered the game from germany, but the website didn\'t have enough space for my dutch postal code, so I left it incomplete. But with the rest of my address the postal service should have delivered it correctly anyway. So I guess it\'s a bit everyone\'s fault???

This is why order forms on teh intarweb should have a space for \"extra details\", like if your address has a weird or foreign format... I say it\'s the retailer\'s fault for not correctly providing for foreign addresses, while still accepting foreign orders!

I concur....

Yup, I would agree with NSA....

Not only should they have have provided the space you needed while taking the foreign orders, but they should have made sure they had all the info they needed before shipping.....
