Address Issues

Can the customer support team please check their tickets? I had requested an address update but instead they mangled it so it has the new street but the old city. As a result the package is going to get lost in FedEx Land.

I had contacted customer support several times to confirm and they still have it wrong. FedEx just confirmed but they won't fix it without CMON telling them to do so.

Anyone else having this issue?

They updated it, we are waiting for FedEx to get the update.
