Advice Please (Chaos Mauradors)

I never seem to have an army ready for the new codex\'s when they come out so i\'ve decided to skip the Dark Elf temptation and work on a Chaos Mortals Army.

I\'m not a big fan of the Mauradors on foot and it looks like their not being replaced (mounted are, not on foot), so i\'m not sure whether to use the existing ones with new heads or use Flagellants.

I\'ve mocked up two of each below, existing on left, Flagellants on right.

Opinions ?

Use a mix of heads from both the marauder box and the flagellants but only use the marauder bodies and arms. The flagellants are far too weedy compared to the marauders and look swamped on a 25mm base. A good trick is to sculpt a fur pelt over the marauder\'s shoulders. It bulks them out even more and makes them look more feral, especially if you combine it with the armour plates and add a few spines sticking through the pelts. I did it to mine because I got fed up painting the flesh on them lol

If your doing Nurgle, thr flagelent bodies could work really well, just make them look all diseased and that, otherwise I agree with the mix of both.

I agree a mix would look good, not all soldier( in fact most soldier) are not big and beefy.
