airbrushed helmet

hi,

i got a new airbrush a couple of days ago, i am still pretty bad, and only use stencils,

well here is my ski helmet which i painted, it was already black, i just sprayed the white, wondered what you guys thought of it, and any advice would be very welcome

Pretty good - looks like you\'re getting a little splatter though - unless thats what you were going for then its fine.

What\'s the first thing you hear at CMON?

Thin your paints.

It will help with the overspray and allow you to lower the pressure and gain control.

Work on cutting back on the paint before releasing the air. It will reduce the amount of splatter.

the first area i did got hardly any splatter, then i kinda got sloppy, although some f it is the metallic flake in the black, but there is quite a bit of white blobs, i figured no one will b looking at it that closely.
