Definately interesting stuff. What I would really like is to see some of these in use on minis. It\'s really hard to judge from these pics how good/bad they could look. I have a feeling they would look rather cool when used in Dioramas but would look silly on gaming minis. I could very well be wrong though. Someone prove it ;P

i know what you mean. i think the trick would be to use them in modertion. after all, not every guy is gonna be firing at the same time!

I wanted to have each painted and attached to a mini but I have been pumping out so much stuff for Armorcast and other projects that there was no way I could keep up with the volume. I did some one-off\'s of a few of these for my own use before AC started producing them and the one\'s I did (plasma shot and laser shot....and of course the regular gunpowder shot\'s) did look good on their own without being too much. Using the appropriate scale made a lot of difference. They were a nice \'accent\' without being some garish extra thing.

I\'ll confess up front that this one did get some help from Photoshop but nonetheless I think it shows that these can look cool.
