AlbinoRhino?????

Anybody know what\'s up with AlbinoRhino Hobbies. I use them all the time, have been trying to get into their online store and something wierd is going on with their website. I sent Dixie an e-mail and haven\'t had any response, and she is normally VERY quick to respond. I hope this doesn\'t bode ill for them. They were one of my favorite online suppliers.

The\'re gone. They had a note on their site saying they couldn\'t keep the store going. I used to buy from them also and it\'s a shame they left.

That\'s a shame. Their selection wasn\'t as wide as some other sites but you couldn\'t beat their service. I once placed an order on a Wednesday and had it by Friday.

Can anybody recommend any other online sites to buy minis?

I too will miss Albino Rhino. Possibly the best online service I ever got.

I\'ve ordered once from Fantization, and they were pretty good, too. They do have a good selection, and I\'ve heard others are pretty happy with their orders.

Wow, I really feel small and sad. I ordered from them quite a bit and their service wsa always topnotch. Real shame they\'re gone.

I\'ll have to give Fantization a lool. Thanks for the tip Valander! Anybody else have any recommendations for good online stores in the US?

I kinda frown on Fantization ever since they first cancelled one of my orders, then they said they were out of what I REALLY needed (Ivy Vines I got from CMON shop) and then they didn\'t even bother shipping what was in stock for another 3 weeks! Wankers.

Online stores

Well, I placed two orders at two different online shops within two days:

One was I placed at TheWarStore.com. Neal (the owner) e-mailed me the next day to let me know that one of the four minis I ordered was out-of-stock, but the rest would be sent. I got the three about a week later. Still waiting on the last one, but this was recent, so I\'m not at the \"antsy\" stage yet.

My other order I stupidly placed at NewWave. That was a mistake. My order status has not been updated since the day I placed my order, it\'s been \"Ready for Shipping\" for almost two weeks now. I tried calling customer service but there may as well been a recording that said, \"Your call will be ignored in the order it was received.\" I guess if I\'m lucky, I\'ll get my order before Christmas.:flame:

As a side note about NewWave, my friend John said he\'s never had a problem with them. But he also orders as a Retailer since he has his own shop, and also gets a nice discount. So, I guess NewWave is perfectly fine if you\'re an Almighty Retailer, but us regular schmucks get the shaft.

NEVER AGAIN, NW!


And as another side note, I\'ve ordered form the CMON shop three times with no problems and timely e-mail updates form them.

Thanks Michelle! I\'d heard that about NewWave before. I think I\'m going to steer clear of them.

I\'ve also had great luck with the CMON store. Never had a problem with any of the orders I\'ve placed with them.

Haven\'t done any business with TheWarStore.

They\'re friggin\' hilarious!

That\'s another reason I chose to order from them. Anybody who can inject some humor into their business gets extra points in my book!

pretty darn good stuff, micro breweries are very popular arond here. Don\'t know if they make it regular still- haven\'t had it in a couple of years since I was a regular patio denisen.
