I had this one kicking around forever and The Lady Inquisitor is a huge fan of the movie and video game franchise Resident Evil. Finally got around to planting it up for her. This was a fun little experiment. I used a very limited palette and only used black or white to highlight or shade. It gave the scene a very washed out look. Powders were used on the base to add to the dry, sandy feel. Ironically it was a real pain to photo without washing out or over exposing

Gives it a very desaturated look, which I think can lend to realism and, when combined with some very saturated blends creates an interesting contrast. You pulled her off damn well though, considering the self-imposed palette limitations. Keep after it brother!

Thanks! Forced contrast and limited palettes are my weak points so it was time to just try it and learn. It came out well enough that I feel comfortable trying it again in the future with the lessons i learned
