anybody out there no where these wabs are based, i've been trying to track them down and just been passed from pillar to post (call centres in sweden,switzerland, bloody uselss)

Alienware Computer, I presume you mean? They're a wholly owned part of DELL. So, based in the US, Florida to be precise.

the only american voice i've heard so far was the answer phone i then got re directed all over the world to people who's english is worse than mine lol.. i need to get a monitor replaced and its like trying to poke butter up a porcupines arse with a red hot needle. they arent this hard to find when they are lookin money.

Ah, Alienware EUROPE!

Based in Athlone. With a registered addy in Dublin. Me, I lost interest in Alienware back when they got bought by Dell, but there it is. And, since they ARE owned by Dell, presumably, you could go through them, as well.

And as for reaching them...isn't that always the way? If they can get your money, they're interested in you. If they need to SUPPORT anything....not so much.
