I can thoroughly recommend the last two incarnations of Ace Combat. I thought I\'d died and gone to heaven...:bouncy:

Dungeons of Daggaroth-Tandy

It used to be any of the E.L.I.T.E. series, I thought I was Buck Rogers, damn fine for a C64. Nowadays it Call of Duty all the way with a smattering of X3 reunion, wicked stuff.

Ace Combat is one hell of a game, especially when you have no joystick. lol

Oh my, how could I forget.

GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. Simply fantastic.

And Thief:Deady Shadows is cool.

I started playing Necromunda, does that count? :D But no computer or console games, I think I just consider them a waste of time. I\'d rather paint, play with my dog or practise Taijiquan.

Well to go old school, I would have to say Contra. That game was the shit...up, up, down, down, left, right, left right, b, a, start....after 20 years I still know the code!

Recently I was pretty adicted to Diablo 2

Now I am re-playing Punisher. It is the best game ever made, hands down. There is something satisfying about grabing a human shield, and unloading with an M-16 then tossing him thu a door tossing him your gun then stabbing him in the head!!!

For finn....

...and any other FF7 fans out there.

Here\'s a clip I found which is titled \"Final Fantasy Tech Demo for Playstation 3\". And it\'s the beginning of the original FF7 only re-done with Advent Children quality graphics. It\'s so much nicer seeing Cloud jumping off the train NOT looking like a spikey-headed pixely popeye! :duh:

Haha! I haven\'t played a video game in ages though. The last one I finished was Final Fantasy X.:(

@beowulf - everyone eventually became addicted to Diablo, it was one of those RPG that had you stuck to the PC screen, I took my PC out of the basement and moved it into my closet I was so addicted. lol

How could I forget the orginal Contra.

That just reminded me of a bunch of other great Arcade Style games.

Golden Axe
Gauntlet
Spy Hunter (saw this above)
Ghosts and Goblins
Altered Beast

and probably my all time favourite arcade game:
Double Dragon

GreenOne

I paint my thumb.
Used to be quite a console gamer..
But now, fun games, let me see...

I greatly enjoyed Resident Evil 4... Both Viewtiful Joes.. otherwise, it dates back to metroid prime 1.

If you like games, don\'t start working in them, it ruins the magic:(

I have played through FF7 at least twice, but watching that almost made me want to dig it out again. If they re-release it in that quality I can easily kiss goodbye to another 6 months of my life...:D

RedSevenBlue: I used to be a gadget freak and had all sorts of wheels, joysticks and paddles, but now I thing the Sony controller is pretty much unbeatable...besides...my hands have mutated into the perfect shape for holding one:bouncy:

It might be possible.... ;)

From adventchildren.net:
Yoichi Wada hints at FFVII Remake?
During the recent launch event for Final Fantasy XII held in Japan, Square-Enix president Yoichi Wada was asked by a fan about the possibility of a remake of Final Fantasy VII for the PS3. Although he could not give a definate answer, he smiled and said it was possible due to the demand and that possibilities are being examined. Let\'s hope that the possibilities come true.

Don\'t know about a re-make of the game, but the Final Fantasy CGI Film is out in the next month. It\'s not going into cinema\'s it\'s going directly to DVD.

Another game was - Duke Nukem.

Well, thinking back to the video arcade, who can forget Michael Jackson\'s Moonwalker?

Come on! When overwhelmed by bad guys, just hit the music and start to dance!

International Track and Field (as was in the arcade with little blokes and moustaches).

Populous.

Breath of Fire series of RPGs.

Cannon Fodder.

Worms.

Everybody\'s Golf.

Green Beret!

If I was to go with one though, it\'d have to be Populous, with Portishead playing in the background. Trippy.

I played on Europa... I was on it for about 5 years. I\'ve still got the account but haven\'t played in ages and ages. I don\'t even know what the situation is with UO these days... is it still going? It was a brilliant game!!

The civilization series has sucked up more of my life than I care to think about. It\'s a good thing for me the new version sucks!
