This just made me realize that in July of 2007, exact date unknown, I will have been painting minis for 30 years.

Yep me too.
As of December 2006 I will have been painting models off and on for around 37 years. Ouch!

Man, just think of all the lead & pewter I\'ve absorbed. Kinda explains a lot doesn\'t it.

hmmm, I\'m coming up on the 30 year mark myself. Discovered D&D my first year of college (that explains a LOT) and painting minis was just something you did to play.
