Jumping in as an American to reveal the following truths:
A. I voted for Trump...Not because I support everything he does or says, but because he occasionally has great motives that I agree with. Also, because I trust him barely and do not trust Hillary (although I was curious to see if Bill would spend the next Years under the desk.
B. Hillary actually won by 5 million votes, if the peoples votes are counted...Trump only won the important states (I.e. The ones with the most electoral votes aka the fast track to the presidency...for the record, Hillary won my state, so my vote didn't matter).
C. That fact alone proves that the US voting system is more broke than a GW fan boy...
I also offer the following opinions:
D. This election was less about Trump winning and more about the US people voicing their displeasure with politicians.
E. Rape has no place with this discussion as it has always been wrong, will always be wrong, and there is zero responsibility on the women of the world to end it. Man up and shape up...having said that, women arming themselves is not the answer, but an unfortunate necessity. Neither rape nor murder are legal. Neither should be committed, but only onecan be justifiable. Even then, it will be wrong and can be just as emotionally harmful as the other.
F. Having said that, just because Trump speaks as an inappropriate, misogynistic pig, and likely likely crossed the line... He is not on the same level as a rapist (at this time). Let's all voice one opinion here and leave it at that (I also support DR). (as referenced earlier, I believe Trump's comment were a media topic and not a political one, simply because of Bill's sexual misconduct. This was a wash, as voting for one was condoning the behavior, while voting for one was accepting the behavior)
G. I am waiting for the old fallout bunker from WW2 in my backyard working.
H. We would have been a mess for the next 4 years regardless. Not sure there were any Lesser of two evils...'just two evils.
I. I will never have a President who speaks for me, as I am a middle-aged, middle class, left handed, white, married male. Anyone in politics is lacking in at least two of these categories, and that makes all the difference. I am not a special interest group.
J. For all those reasons, Trump is no more relatable to me or able to speak on my behalf then a monkey with an apple in one hand and a t-shirt in the other (wait...)
K. America needs to focus on itself for a while, we still need everyone else, we just need to find ourselves again.especially after this experimental phase.
L. I need to stop this list....
