After the success of my first three ducks from lance and laser I bought three other sets of four and included the poor drummer duck whose drum stick broke.

Still needs some more base colors and then I can start working on the highlights.

Still working on the ducks, hopefully I should have another shot before tomorrow. They have a lot of personality and a little bit of comic elements (like the eyes) but they also have good cloaks that could lend themselves to a lot of highlight/blending.

This is the first attempt where I am working on more than 4 minis at a time. It\'s been an interesting experience.

It is also the first time when I used a lot of dark bolt gun metal for the base coat on plate mail armor. I\'m using chainmail on other parts (including the weapons) and will probably finish off with mithril silver on some spots. I\'m very pleased with the bolt gun metal and a little black ink.
