Kinda makes me wonder why anyone would waste their time or money to create that in the first place, then to put that up...but...it's not even close to any of the weirdest things on the internet these days. I suspect lots of illegal narcotics were involved, long term usage, like, many brain cells died beforehand.

I tried to find the source for the video in the "Kills" one and can't track it down. Reminds me of some late 60's, early 70's existentialism/art installation video. I'm very intrigued by this.
