Ok, it\'s long time I have this miniature but life took me away from the painting stuff and I have never touched her until I have to write a tutorial for the next Darkson Design\'s painting guide (vol.2 - hope it will be out soon).
This miniature was a good subject for a painting guide.. skin, gold NMM and frehands are always requested as well as good bases.
Steve is one of the best fantasy sculptors when is time to produce nice female models so I have tryed to exalt her painting some more skin than other painters, hope you like her.

Here a view of the miniature with the scenic base:

And here\'s a more detailed icture of the miniature:

Many thanks to Steve for the wonderful miniature.. now I have to find the time to complete mt 54mm Shae :)

Super stuff! The more skin than usual look is very interesting, and I like her in green. The ruined wall setting is superb.

the base it\'s amazing but judging the mini itself and considering it\'s 54 mm i notice the skin is a little bit grainy and thick and the gold edges are not so well defined. the cloack pattern is really good , the red cape is wonderful.

regards, marco ^^

Nice paint job I love it. Not sure why its scoring so low I think its a mid 8 at least. I love the base especially the painting on the back. Great job did the vote thing.

Thank you for the comments :)

@Tony: the skin is better in real life, hope to show her at the next Lucca Games so you can tell me what you think ;)
I agree about the edges but the filigree part has not sharp angles so some parts are hidden in the picture, the alternative was to paint the sides with thick blacklines but the result will be worst.

@Ogrebane: maybe next time i have to post a smaller picture to end with a better score ;)
