If he had forgotten to use a title at all (unlikely in a career soldier!), i could tolerate a friendly reminder, but she went way over the line! It wasnt even like he said \"Ma\'am\" in a condescending way :no:

Still, sometimes i wish someone would call me \"Sir\", without adding \"you\'re making a scene\"!

I think his response was perfect. It took class and professionalism on his part to not point out her tantrum. He came out looking like a man, and she came out looking like a whiny girl.
