your colour choices are a bit odd, theres too many conflicting colours on that librarian its overwhelming
the painting is fine, if that yellow on his backpack was meant to be gold i think you need to add more browns/oranges in there, because right now its yellow
the staff looks purple is it NMM? kinda looks it, looks great though
the books seem to be done to a lesser standard than the rest of the model, i think highlighting them to the same extent would look better
the plage marine looks alright, except that weird red thing on his claw, i cant figure out what that is
the space marine looks great
the flaying thing(forget tis name..) seems to only be half done, the brown and skin colour dont look finished because its not highlighted the same way or as much as the rest of the model(in the picture at least)
but again, well painted, just colour choice, a few adjustments and your mdoels will look great in future
