Finally posted the LOTR diorama article!
Well, it took a long while, but the article is submitted!
Please forgive any strange errors, since I was trying to get the hang of how the thing worked
Actually, it reminded me of Ebay\'s posting system used to work, with the html, etc. I promise, the next one will be better, though.

Good one!
I\'ve always heard the one that Gypsy put up, but I like the Supervike added, never heard that one before. Been in the jail cell, just never heard the expression...lol

I take it we are talking about \"talon of roc\"- its still very cool in its own way- didn\'t mean to start a trend or coining a phrase at your expense. I meant it in the nicest way buddy. I\'ll put up some of my \"masterpieces\" ta let you get some payment and you can call them \"turd of praetorian\"lol or something equally clever for get evens.lollol:duh:lol

I don\'t think I would worry about referring to the Talon of Roc (left talon if I recall!) in that way.
I truly believe VinceGamer IS proud of the status the Talon has achieved, as well he should be.
I think he posted that just as an experiment to see if he could \'hit bottom\' (which it didn\'t!) and in doing so, he created a legend.
There are very few miniatures that can get instant name recognition on this site.

He is in pretty esteemed company!

But Vince, camera-shy little darling that he is, has actually advocated criticism and harsh scoring of his LToR.

Don\'t feel bad at all. I was truly happy to have that level of recognition. What the others said is true. And I was for one brief time the proud holder of all 10 of the worst 10 minis on the site (now they\'re all 3+ minis). Of course back then I think there were only 40 members.
The Talon was my response to comments about the scoring system and people saying they would never give a 1. I guess they meant it.
Next time I need to take the pictures out of focus, call it \"un autre figurine\" and post it 6 times from different angles to get a super low score.
