Sadly I think that posties who do this are probably mentally ill (obsessive-compulsive). I doubt that \"being overwhelmed by the amount of deliveries\" is more than the initial justification for their hoarding behaviour. I hope all these were in good condition and were able to be delivered. Better late than never I guess :(

I\'d say obsessive-compulsive is not the problem. Maybe low self esteem (don\'t want to look a fool and ask for help) and maybe just laziness.

yeah i sent a postal cheque to arcane minitures and it never arrived so ill have to pay doublr the amount for my model now:cussing:

Well, my mail may be slow, but it does get there. Eventually.

At least our postal carriers have the excuse of having to defend the mail ocasionally.

yeah but my parents arnt to keen on technology and dont want to leave there credit card details on the net.

anyone know of a credit card for 14yr olds?

I posted a Birthday card to my mum last feb (05) her birthday was 5 days later and I was going on Holiday..
she lives in Leeds I live in Leeds............
It arrived in august and had post marks for Thailand the US and Germany....???
and also arrived with a £1.20 excess postage charge.....madness.

Hmm, I\'ve just returned from the Outer Hebrides and posted postcards on the Tuesday morning which arrived back in Yorkshire Wednesday morning. They must have sent them Golden Eagle first class or something lol

If I recall correctly, this has happenned before in Chicago acouple of times. The mail worker had mail from a couple of years stashed away under his porch.
