Yeah was going to go something similar to the other conan mini and do a cool green marble effect.

More re glazing on the sin toning down the shadows and underlighting the jawline. Gold done too. I've gone back and forth more times on this skin than an old incontinent man at a prune eating competition!

Bit more done leatherwork and furry pants. Quite difficult to copy the different whites and blacks and Browns in the fur bit more to do on them.

Forging ahead with the conan. Got most of the marble effect done it needs washing and glossing yet. Then onto the bones and a bit of weathering and pigments.

I reckon its to warm - yellow in the green, needs cooling down a tad.

Cooled down with a wash of aquamarine. Gloss and stones. Done near enough. This ones going to Euro along with a few others. Absolutely loved doing this old school sculpt.

Thanks guys for the nice comments. With the skin you've really got to consider the angle of the light and shadows also there's lots of subtle purple and red and yellow and green in skin. Don't over do it or it looks to garish also blending has to be smooth go back over with glazes of mid tone to smooth transitions also tiny bits of thinned down white on the main focal points helps focus attention.

I really want more of the old conan figures there's great ones out there if anyone knows someone who has them for sale let me know.

just thought I'd show what's currently going to Euromillitaire. Got to base the marines on a diorama and got a historical Jeremy/figone to do but as it only a month off no more time for anything else after that.
