Yeah well that's what Vegas will do to ya ;) any way tad more. Got to say this is a seriously nice sculpt if you like nurgle stuff.

Since I seemed to have "Hit the Button" recommending that one to you Andy, I'm going to recommend that you look to GUILD OF HARMONY.
I'm in the middle of doing a Steampunk Wedding Cake Topper for a friends wedding and all I can say is HolyF**k the figures almost paint themselves. The detail is jawdropping and so clean I've had next to no prepwork on them. I'd like to see what you and Lee could do with them as well.
The figures are Arielle and Aykroyd.
Go have a look, although his online stores down while Seb's in Vegas the sculpt gallery's there.

I realy like those minis on guild if harmony when I've waded through all the super doopa minus I bought at salute I know where to go!

yeah when you get a great mini then it's a joy to paint I think which is as it should be.

The metal work is getting there bit more needed on the shadows.

AndyG, I am not only in love with your gold NMM, but you have wonderful taste in miniatures to paint. I plan on doing 5 Chaos Chosen in the near future-with Sigvald in their ranks. They will be Slaaneshi. Anyway, do you plan on doing more Chosen, or was it just the one?

But he real reason I am pestering you, is I'd like to know if you can share a brief SBS on your gold? The kind where you start with snakebite and blend to white and purple glaze your shadows. Wondering when you introduce yellow into this mix, and how. Sorry if this distracts from your WiP page, feel free to delete if you don't want this here. Thank you

ok first of all here, which company make this model, and where can i get it?

it look a bit "sharp", perhaps more mid-tones is needed? might be the pictures though. the metal actually looks really good.
any plans for a base?

Those eyes! Those damned, sympathetic eyes! Make the whole mini feel like a mangy old house cat bringing home a mangled bloody corpse of a lovely songbird...
Makes you want to accept it, give him a pat on the head and then chuck it in the bin when he's gone.

Second the eyes, they make him look a little Hodor-ish. Grusome purples, neat rust effect and your nmm is getting diverse with all the scratches.

Looking good, well I suppose it's actually looking horrible but in the right way! I really like the metals with the scratches and rust and the flesh is delightfully gruesome. I wonder if a little more yellow/sepia worked into the mid tones on the flesh would enhance the purple and add to the bruised look. Nothing too much just a touch of some subtle glazing.
