Err just to make clear the REAL Chuck Norris not Tommie.....because Tommie is like well 'ard he would do in 'Bruce I'm Hard Mohamed Ali Lee' while painting a Space Marine squad to a 9.5 at the same time ...one handed.....hopping:laugh:

Andy, looks like you have proved the old saying wrong that you can't polish a turd. I would say that you've really done this odd looking mini a great justice, nice work mate :)

Wow we've got a proper paint fest going here..... not surprising though its the muts nuts this mini:) This is gonna be great!

Any more people up for it?

Why did you leave him on the gaming base Andy? I figured you would have gone to town on a cool scenic base. Or is he also used for gaming?

That block is the last scenic base I have from the ones you sent over.

Wasn't happy with the mini didn't feel it cut it for using that realy good scenic base its sitting on.

Gonna use that for the Wolf I think.:)

ok here we go started the flesh going to go with the standard look for this boy I'll let 10 ball try the of the cut approach.

Still got the top highlites to do and a little smoothing between the transitions but going to keep the transitions quites stark over all to enhance the musculature.

here we go

Hah funny you should say that I used the eavy metal master class how to on painting giants skin tones page 100 in WD 362. For my money it's the best WD ever produced about twenty USEFULL pages on high end painting.

Sadly not to be repeated now they no longer have Eavy metal master class any more....F*cking GW bunch a ejits!

My Wolf despatched today so hoping for him tomorrow/weds. Will start before weekend but am off for a weeks canal boat hol next week so won't be doing much then.

Good start Andy - you and 10ball have kicked things off with aplomb!

Thanks for the nice comments guys I realy like working in a group on a project like this it makes you realy try your hardest.
Any way doing a litlle cough* working *cough from home so err just erm putting some pics I did last night honest of the muscle boy up. No I am not painting when I should be working ....the thought of it ....honest!!;)

So any way final highlite will smooth transitions later.
